C-10 Ratify the Memorandum of Understanding between CCEA and the School District of Clay County
Issue/Rationale
Florida Statute requires the School Board to ratify collective bargaining agreements between the public employer and the public employees of the bargaining unit. The Clay County Education Association has already ratified the Memorandum of Understanding, amending language in Appendix IVD, Salaries - Miscellaneous to include payment to teacher participants attending the CAR-PD (Content Area Reading/Professional Development) Summer 2008 Academy.
Recommended Action
Ratify the Memorandum as presented.

Amount to be determined based on registrants.
